We understand that every child and their family is unique, and finding services that meet your child's needs can sometimes be overwhelming. Bright Spectrum ABA will work closely to ensure that this process is conducted in the smoothest possible way.
The first step is to verify if the child already has a diagnosis in place and if services are covered by their insurances.
The second step is the assessment process in which involves parent interviews and direct observation of the child in order to determine the why of the target behavior, the client’s needs, goals, and hours of services recommended for treatment. This report is sent to the insurance for approval.
Once the insurance has approved services for your child and the hours of therapy are authorized, the third step is to work directly with the parent’s schedule and to assign a BCBA and a RBT that will work directly with your child and implement an individualized treatment plan that will outline the objectives and goals to be taught to your child during the authorization period by the insurance (Typically every 6 months).
Our team will take care of the process for services including insurance benefits checks, intake process, authorization for treatment, initial assessments, and implementation of an individualized treatment plan for your child.
